Anthony Alaniz, a Southeast Michigan native, is an award-winning news reporter with over a decade of journalism experience covering the automotive industry, ranging from breaking news to car reviews. Previous publications his writing has appeared in include Car and Driver, Popular Mechanics, Autoweek, Cars Direct, and others. Alaniz holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in creative writing from Eastern Michigan University. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, watching the latest horror flick, and writing fiction.
